Q) How can you ensure data reliability if the price is lower?
  • We have our own IDC center and will have a backup IDC center to ensure data reliability. Also, our team has more than 50 years of experience in Web2 and Web3 product development. We are also expanding our engineering team to cover more data products.
Q) What is the size of your team?
  • We have about 15 people in the team from 4 countries. Most of our teammates are engineers, but we have two US and UK qualified accountants in the team with traditional finance and crypto finance experience.
Q) What datasets do you provide?
  • We are focusing on CEX data, DefiLlama, Google Search and Naver Search trend data for now. In the future, we will extend our coverage to cover more on-chain crypto data.
Q) What is your product timeline?
  • We are now in the POC stage. We expect to have the beta version in late August this year.
Q) What kinds of payment method will be supported?
  • As we are in the POC stage, you can use our services for free for now. Later we will support credit card payment through the Stripe payment. We do not support crypto payment.
Q) Will l get a discount if l subscribe for 1 year?
  • We will announce further details for early-bird discount later after the beta test. Please follow our twitter account for more information.
Q) What partners do you have?
  • We are backed by Krust, Kakao’s blockchain incubation. Besides Kakao, we also work closely with KAIA, MarbleX and other Korean projects to access more data. We are also expanding our partnership overseas. Please follow our twitter account for more news in the future.
Q) If l introduce my friend, will l get any benefits such as discount or free trial?
  • We will announce further details for early-bird discount later after the beta test. Please follow our twitter account for more information.
Q) Will you launch a token like other AI projects?
  • In the meantime, we do not have a plan for launching a token.
Q) Will you allow refund if l cancel the service during the contract period?
  • In the POC period, we will not charge for the service. However, after the end of the POC and beta test, after you cancel the contract you would still have access to the services by the end of that month. A refund will not be available for the last month that you are still entitled to use our services.
Q) Why do you only collect CEX data for now (Fetching DeFi data from other sources)?
  • As we are in the POC stage we collect only major CEX data. We will support more CEX, DEX and other chains’ data in the next update.
Q) What is your relationship with DefiLlama when using their data?
  • We do not have any business relationship with DeFiLlama. The data feed provided is a DefiLlama wrapper service.
Q) Will you cover stock and/or commodity data as well?
  • In the meantime, we focus on crypto data only. If there is substantial demand from users in the future for stock and/or commodity data, we will explore that option as well.
Q) Why do you support Kaia chain?
  • Bisonai is a governance council member of Kaia, and Bisonai already runs two data-related infrastructure for Kaia including its official blockchain explorer Kaiascan and official oracle service Orakl Network.
  • As we have collected a wealth of Kaia-related data, we would like to enhance the market’s transparency by supporting KAIA data.
